Programs description for 2020-2021 season (French):


Mandatory Evaluations for the 2020-2021 Tennis Montreal Excellence Program

  • Date: 18th of July, 2020

  • Location: IGA Stadium (Indoor Courts)

  • Cost: 10$

  • Registration deadline: 14th of July by 6PM

Evaluation Schedule:

– 8AM to 9PM: 5-6 years old                                 (2015-2014)

Eligibility Criteria:
    • Evaluation of their physical abilities.
    • Must have a relative amount of automomy with respect to his/her parents.
    • Must show a passion for learning tennis.

– 9AM to 10AM: 7-8 years old                                (2013-2012)

Eligibility Criteria:

    • Participated in at least 1 year of tennis lessons.
    • Ability to rally using orange balls.
    • Experience with the “Future Star” style of tournaments.

– 10AM to 11AM: 9-10 years old                            (2011-2010)

Eligibility Criteria:

    • Having trained at least 5 hours per week for a duration of 40 weeks during the last 3 years.
    • Participated in at least 6 tournaments last year.
    • Must posses a provincial ranking and/or an active player’s license with Tennis Québec.
    • Must be able to rally using green balls from the baseline.

-11AM to 12PM: 11-15 years old                           (2009-2004)

Eligibility Criteria:

    • Must have a provincial randking and an active player’s license from Tennis Québec.
    • Must have trained at least 5 hours per week during 40 weeks in the last 4 years.
    • Must have participated in at least 6-8 tournaments in the last two years.

Once on the platform, select “TME 2020-2021” to access the registration page for the evaluation. Alternatively, you may also come directly to our offices to register your child.

Please note, only new candidates will be evaluated this year.
